InkShield provides creators with tools to:

To use InkShield, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

You may not upload content that:
Pricing and Payment
Subscription Plans
Tiered plans with varying download limits and storage capacity. Billed monthly at the beginning of each cycle.
Overages
Optional overage billing if you exceed your plan's included downloads. Opt-in required.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of your paid billing period.
Supporter Access
Access Verification
InkShield verifies supporter access based on platform memberships. Creators control access policies; InkShield provides the technical infrastructure.
Personalized Files
Each download is uniquely personalized for the recipient. Files contain embedded identifiers to enable leak tracing.
Supporters receive personalized files for personal use. Unauthorized sharing may result in identification, access revocation, or legal action by the content owner.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant InkShield a limited license to:
- • Store and process your content
- • Generate personalized, watermarked versions
- • Deliver content to verified supporters
- • Perform technical operations necessary for the Service
InkShield Property
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by InkShield and protected by intellectual property laws.
Watermarking and Leak Detection
Technical Methods
We use proprietary watermarking techniques to embed unique identifiers in files. Technical details are confidential.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:
- • All leaks will be successfully detected
- • Watermarks will survive all forms of file manipulation
- • Detection results are admissible in legal proceedings
Creator Responsibility: You are responsible for actions taken based on leak detection results. We provide technical evidence; you decide enforcement.
Disclaimers & Limitations
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INKSHIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- • Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- • Violating these Terms
- • Fraudulent activity
- • Failure to pay fees
- • Harmful use of Service
